We are looking for talented and creative people with different stories and life experiences to help us create outstanding and diverse content for the BBC. As part of a year-long programme you’ll work on a range of productions with the BBC, while studying towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Creative and Digital Media.

The BBC Academy is working with Westminster Kingsway College to give apprentices a world-class foundation in Creative and Digital Media and Broadcast Production Co-Ordination. This will allow you to gain hands on, practical experience of Television and Radio production processes.
Following an initial training period you will then work in production on three placements at various BBC sites, with training at regular intervals between placements. You will also have a placement manager who will be responsible for your learning objectives and you will be assessed on each placement.
Are you the right candidate?
Those that succeed at the BBC have a can-do, positive attitude and are prepared to work unpredictable hours. You will be passionate about TV, radio and online, as well as having a drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop creative content for the BBC. And you’ll have the right attitude to muck in and work hard to combine practical work and study.
To be eligible for this scheme you must be aged 18 or over and not have or be working towards a qualification higher than a level 3 or A level (including HND, level 4 BTEC, degree etc) by the time course starts in September 2015. No qualifications are needed – we are much more interested in your attitude, potential and creativity.
